Harassment in Diwali vacation

I would like to lodge a complain against this cheater company.

I live in Uganda with my wife and my parents are in Ahmedabad. After a long process and adjusting so many things I could manage to get one month leaves from my work schedule so that I can spent some time with my family in Ahmedabad. We decided to go for a tour to Bangkok offered by the company called Passengerdot.com

They took our full payment in advance. Since last day of the travel date, the company could not provide us the air tickets. They were just dodging people by saying that we don't have tickets. Air-India has sold our blocked tickets to someone else 100 type of nonsense excuses like this. After following up so much we got fed up and we decided to cancel our tour and asked for our money back. However, after a follow up for 3-4 days only we got our money back. They thought that they have given our money back so its OK but they don't understand that they have spoiled our vacation so badly which comes only once a year.

Though we got our money back, I would like to make complain against this company for the harassment we faced and followup we had to make for our money in the most auspicious Diwali days.

I have got the booking receipt showing our tour details and payment receipt for the supporting.
