I had cancel a hotel booking through Travel guru (ID: TGU0000843728) on 29 Nov. According to their terms and condition they should refund the amount with in 5 working days. But after 5 days they are sending mails that they will take another 3 days, 2 days like that and finally they don't respond. Whenever I called them they keep the call unnecessarily for long time wait and say due to technical problem they are not able to refund or they do false commitment. It happen at least 4-5 times over phone, even they never call back and inform me about the delay in refund. Kindly take some necessary action to refund the amount as well as wasting my valuable time.
