I am Animesh Biswas, had booked a travel package from the private tour operating company Kalyani Tours and Travels, based in Sealdah, Kolkata (ph-03323608006/7293). The package included 2 nights stay in Vizag, 1 night at Araku valley. Our tour manager was Mr. Proloy Das. I am sorry to say the tour manager Mr. Das does not know how to manage a tour and also how to behave one. We are all tourist suffer many time of our tour due to mismanagement. I want to request Mr. Samar Ghosh (the owner of the company) to take necessary action against Mr. Proloy Das, otherwise the company lose its goodwill.
