Ooked the ticket for 11-jan-13 but it booked for 1-jan-13

Hi,

I have booked the ticket for 11-jan-13.but It has booked with wrong date i, e 1-jan-13. And i have called customer services they said that they will not be refund the amount i, e Rs:650.

the transaction has been done through online and ticket number is TF2352366488

Please do the needful
