Complain against Paavan Bus Service

Complain against Paavan Bus Service.

Dear Sir,

I booked my ticket on 24th December from Paavan Bus Service, (H.O.) Opp. V.S. Hospital, Pritamnagar, Ahmedabad. (Ticket Booking Agent: Shivani Travels, 6/U, Sharoff Chambers, Opp. Navchetan School, Paldi, Ahmadabad) for the bus Ahmedabad to Mumbai of Rs.600/- for 24th December.

Bus Come 1.5 hours late at 11:15pm and departed 11:45pm.

It reaches schedule time at Mumbai 9:30am.

We traveling from Ahmadabad to Mumbai but unfortunately before Baroda bus got break down near toll tax around mid night 1.30am, we were waiting for 2 hours, no one took any responsibility of sending a spare bus or refunding the passenger to get on to some other bus.

I, with my entire luggage (1 Bags) went to Mumbai, from Baroda Highway through another bus (Metro City Bus) to reach Mumbai, Santacruz as soon as possible so as to report at MNC Company as 25th December was my Date of Interview.

I want apology and Paavan Bus fare 600/- Rs to be reimbursed along with 500/- Rs. (another bus charges), Baroda highway to Mumbai Station. However, I am not claiming damages/compensation for trauma and inconvenience and for mental stress caused to me.
