Refund of fare (flight canceled)!

I have booked my ticket on Ezeego1 through ICICI Bank Gold Card on 11/10 of JET AIRWAYS for BDQ-DEL Sector. It was for 21/10. Unfortunately that flight was canceled. Now I am fighting to get my refund from EZEEGO1. Nobody is picking up the phones. Mails are bouncing on each email id. Somebody has to lodge a complaint against them.
