Complain against the role of broker with the help of booking clerk

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

Reservation counter of SILIGURI STATION, DARJEELING (W.B.) is becoming worst day by day as their BOOKING CLERK are involved to irresponsible and indescipline services and they are not bother about the inconvenient faced by the commuters. Today i went that particular reservation counter in early morning at 6.00 a.m to get tatkal ticket (in sampark kranti or njp ndls exp) but at the time of openning the counter i got shocked to see that, the booking clerks are involved for providing tatkal ticket to those persons who allready paid hidden amount to them earlier and they were not considering those passengers who have been in que for whole night to collect the tatkal ticket and also as i know that each person is allowed to submit 2 form at a time but brokers are submit 5-8 form a time.and after 30 minutes they did their work and went away.we just simply watching them and try to resist but no action has been taken up against and i also want to admit that the electronic machine which inform as about the resv. or fare was turned off as the people in queue aware of this.

When i said or complain against this the brokers threatened me.

So i therefore request you take some stringent action against them and such unsocial elements should be removed from the indian railways and make passengers more comfortable and enjoyable and also this type of work raise curruption in railway and also in our country.
