Seat push back not working

Hi Sir,

This is Anilkumar, am a software professional and my native place is Badvel, Kadapa (Dt)

Last week i travelled from Badvel to Bangalore super luxury bus (Kavali Depo) and i reserved the seat no 2.

But unfortunately the push back functionality of that seat is not working, it looks simple but that time i was suffering with back pain, so i seated like normal Express bus.

Here i am requesting you people, please take care of the seating and bus functionings.

It looks simple, but its painful for us by paying SUPER LUXURY charges and travel like express.
