I have reserved ticket from banglore to ongole on january 13th. The arrival time of bus is night 8:20, i came to stop at the time of 8:00.but i didnot get the bus.i waited up to 11:00, but i din't get the bus.i called to the enquiry, but they didnt respond to me.
