Poor service!

I had purchased the 29" KY Thunder Color TV in the year 29.03.2003. It had a warranty for 4 years, but just after the warranty period the TV went blank. We contacted the ONIDA TV Service Agent for getting it repaired on 30/08, the TV Service mechanic came after 2 days and said that the TV EHT connected transistor has to be replaced. For replacing the part he took 10 days (always saying that the part is not available) that is he came on 13 September at last after 13 days he came and replaced the part and took away the old part. Even then the TV was not working, then he noticed that the YOKE is not working. The YOKE in ONIDA TV was of SAMSUNG make. And up to date i.e. 22 September the YOKE has not been replaced saying that the YOKE is not available now. This is the TRUTH NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH ABOUT ONIDA TV.
