I have won the prize of Rs 10000 (ten thousand) in radio city 91.1 fm (lucknow) dated 3 july. Contest was on occasion of 10th anniversary of their respective radio station. I have submitted the required documents in thier office on 11th july. But i get no response.. from them. Then I called to radio city (05226715911) their receptionist said that my documents are sent to Mumbai for further processing and they said that they will inform me. when i didn't get any response from them on contacting that number they said that my documents were already sent to Mumbai & all the further processing & the cheque will be made from the Mumbai Office. After few weeks I recieved one of their missed calls, and when i called back they said that they will inform me, but they didn't & I requested them not to call me between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm because of educational reason. but I still got missed call during that time. so I called them back but again they said that they will inform me. Due to their no response my father went to lucknow radio city office dated 29 september their he met Mr. Dubey, he said that your claim is time barred because of no telephonic conversation.
please help me out of this situation & kindly keep me updated with latest proceeding.
