I never think that i get such worst services from a brand like Airtel. I start face the problem since first day when i upgrade my normal setup box to HD Recorder. I book it through online and make the payment through CC (TRS ID 19165748) on 21st March'12 and team will replace the same on 22nd of March and since that the services are not available on my Setup box i don’t know how many call i make to customer care and Nodal officer (011 44985547, 0522-4414761 and after two days it will start working and from yesterday the setup box is not working again i start the follow up with customer care, local help from Airtel0121 4021999, and nodal officer every one told me the same thing switch off the setup off and etc... it’s not working from last two days rather than providing any resolution.
I think i make a big mistake to expect the batter services from Airtel.
Now i want to get my money back rather than their services.
