Dear Sirs,
I have been complaing regarding non availability of services / the goes dead all of sudden and still the company is claiming payment. FOR WHAT? For not providing services to the consumers. I have been after it from FEB.2011 onwards that system of AIRTEL WENT DEAD, despite of many complaints the company is claiming bills over the phones and without sending hard copy of the bills.
Got a call from the call center of the company that problem has been resolved but I have not received any letter or bill stating clarity on the subject of the claimed amount of Rs.9000/=
It is therefore again requested to resolve the problem and let me have the response by my corrected email.
