Bharti Airtel DTH
Delay in installation

I had purchased the airtel HD DTH on Monday, 8 Nov. I paid used credit card on phone call from the Airtel assistant. I was promised that the DTH would be installed in 48 to 72 hours.

But till date, it has not been installed.

I made 4 calls yesterday. And always the reply is that I would get a call back.

Now I would like to cancel the airtel DTH and get the refund. Please help
