My Airtel IPTV is not working since 4th Feb and complaint no given by Customer Care was 42663430. Now they are falsely saying that I had asked them to disconnect and so I will have to get it reconnected. If I had asked for disconnection, why did they send executive to rectify on 4th? Is disconnection done on phone without verification?
