SIR,

I Rahul R Gupta want to aware the senior official of Airtel DTH that I have recharge annual subscription for ULTRA Pack in Sep 2011 in which bonus for 45 days was given to us but to our surprise without changing the plan the company management has changed my plan automatically to value sports standard.

I have following question to be reply by the company:-

1) How a person paying for higher plan can convert to lower plan.

2) Is Airtel DTH officer convert the existing plan of their own choice to achieve their

target plan.

3) Is company facing any Financial crisis because the credit balance in my A/c is

Automatically converted to some other plan & daily balance deduction.

The same matter is repeated third time in my A/c id :- 3005150721. Looking to the above matter, should customer conclude that it is a Malpractice follow by company or its employee to achieve target. Company like Airtel DTH Should immediately take action on such employee converting the existing plan of their choice to achieve target without customer intimation.

So please look into matter immediately & change my original plan to ULTRA Pack & also refund the credit balance which is been deducted from my account
