Sales exe. spoke to me for couple of mint. to get online memebership/rental payment fm me and assured me that except Thusrday, daily 1 movie will be delivered, if I wish so, trusting him & based on my
past good experience with Bigflix, I paid for 1 disc 3 months plan but inspite of giving request regularly on website and no. of complaints at customer care, I am getting movies with a gap of one or two days. Everytime CC dept. assures that I shall get regular movies but no improvement. Written to CEO, no reply yet. Spoke to Mr Sameer, sales Ex. who talked to me politely at the time of payment, surprisingly rudely told me that they r not responsible for complaints and asked me to talk to CC dept. I got annoyed and told him that I shall make people aware by posting complaint at differnt sites in net so he didn’t bother & replied’ if u wish u can do so’. Their Indore delivery incharge lied to me two times saying person has left office with movie and shall deliver by 7 pm but no delivery on my regular phone followup he kept on telling lies that delivery boy is on the way and finally he switched off his mobile. This is the attitude of Bigflix staff that after getting money, they r not bothered and enjoying our complaint. I tried Seventymm & Moviemart too, Seventymm could not give proper service at Indore because of some internal problem so they accepted it and gave me 100 % refund. Moviemart is the best among all 3, excellent response and service.
I do not know why even CEO of Bigflix is ignoring my complaint?
All looking for Bigflix memebership at Indore should really think before making payment to them, after getting payment they will turn their back and u will face lies..lies..& lies.
Bigflix u were much much better when previously u were in Indore and gave one of the best services in Indore, so rethink, restructure yr system and don’t spoil image of an ADAG group company.
