I have been using bigflix movie rental service from last 2.5 years it is very disaapointing that there are several movies titles which are available in market & with other movie rental services like (seventy mm & movie mart) but these movie titles are still unavailable with bigflix whenever I call customer care they always have a standard answer we will provide you with your desired movies asap but there is no resolution to this problem till date, today i got a pirated DVD delivered by bigflix which included the movies that are not available with bigflix now bigflix is trying to satisfy its customer by wrong means. Bigflix is not delivering what they promise.
I don't want to continue my membership with bigflix this pathetic movie rental service.
