Poor Customer Service

Hi,

I had called reliance Big TV customer care 10 times to get my complaint resolved. My Big TV remote is not working since June 8th. Its a big fraud business. They will call us to recharge ur account but if we register a complaint..nobody is there to attend it. I think they dont have any service team. Mr. Ambani..feel shame on you... when you will stop this cheating...

Dont buy BIg tv they are the most worst DTH service in INDIA.
