Reliance set up box
Problen not solved

I got problem with setup box and the following is the summary of how Relaince Big TV Customer care troubled me.

1. On June 12th I gave a complaint about my setup box and Service Request No is 154640638

2. On June 16th. No one attended to my issue and it was not solved.

3. On June 18th at 10:00pm i gave complaint about the same.

4. On June 20th no one attented to my issue and it was not solved.

5. On June 23th at 2.30 i gave complaint about the same.

BIG TV customer care gave lot of pressure, tension . without providing the service . i got fed up with it, i am totally failed to take this type of set up box instead of that i should prefer cable network its much beter.

if my problem will not be solved within 24hrs so . u will be getting an consumer court notice.
