Dear Sirs

Sub: Application for the service of woofer speaker on the AMC Period.

Ref: My AMC No. 5570/25.08.06

Where of I N.saravanan undersigned the letter to notice to you for the service of my woofer in my TV which was purchased from your dealer on 2006. Since

I am in the AMC Period in your concern. My AMC No. is 5570/25.08.06.

My CTV set was Not Working Properly past one month. I have booked several times Complaints Nos given below.

1. C00SA08A18323/18.01.08

2. C00SA08B02200/02.02.08

3. C00SA08B12262/12.02.08

4.COOSA08B19050/19.02.08

Your person come and given instruction to my wife in my in presence that we will replace the woofer and service in not in the working condition. So far proper repair was not done. Now my set was totally dead condition.

Please arrange to make a necessary action in this matter.
