Dear Sirs,
I would like to share the bad experience of BSNL MyWay IP TV. I'm already going ahead for the request on disconnection of this pathetic service. There are many issues I've faced in past 20 days which reconfirmed my decision about this facility. the gist of few of them go as below:
1. The connection was given on 03-Mar, the connection was out of order for 2 full days due to issues with telephone line.
2. The moment IP TV connection settings were done on my modem, the admin password of my modem stops working. This issue was reported on day-1 & is yet not resolved.
3. When I receive the call on my phone line, my IP TV gets stuck.
4. 3 times so far I called up the customer service toll-free number. 2 times of them the system was not working/undergoing updates. Hence they guided me to send the mail.
5. Mail sent to [email protected] are not responded.
6. I'm not able to register my account on their website using my subscriber id & MAC no. After reporting this issue on 18-Mar through mail, I've not received any feedback till date.
7. Instead of resolving the above issue which would allow me to pay the monthly rental, MyWay has disconnected my connection.
