I have been with Tatasky for 1 year. They advertise for renewal with higher denominations vis-a-vis higher discounts. But it is surprising to note that they dont have an online direct renewal system which works. Several phone calls to their customer care reveals the same pitch line (probably read from a piece of pre-printed paper): "We know a few customers can't renew online. We will tell our technical team to sort it out". Strange for a Tata Group Company boasting of worldwide takeovers who cant manage their Satellite Dish TV network properly. What a shame.
