Tata sky has a brand name and thats the reason why so many people have been mislead into buying it. I am no exception. I bought it and had my installation appointment on 29/09/07 between 1.00 to 5.00 pm. Specially for that i re-scheduled my other commitments. Till now nobody has come nor i have got any call. I feel that they are no better than the local cable operators. Dont promise if u cant deliver. Ratan tata take ur stupid box back or treat as carity from me to ur organization (to you).
