We purchased 1 2 connection in mid July'07. It is not yet 6 weeks and one remote needed replacement, one set top box has gone bonkers for which tatas insist upon Rs. 300/- as service charge. Two other remotes behave whimsical, two other set top boxes often hang, their service team behaves like Hitler and We feel cheated.
