No communication even after complaint

This is the fifth complaint against ortel communications for inflated bills and disconnection without intimation. they should be collecting rentals every month, but they come to collect once in three months. policy changes are not intimated and we are stuck with them even after complaints.neither are they connecting or disconnecting our line totally. yet they expect us to pay up for usage which we have not availed of. a k saha bbs
