DTH Reloacation

I am Airtel DTH subscriber with ID 3006897762.

On 29th March, I registered request for shifting of my connection to new house. In spite of regular follow-up though phone and emails, the relocation of my connection is pending and no response is coming from Airtel. Request you to look into it, and advise me the next course of action against the company.
