No responce of reinstallation

Hi,

I am the Airtel Customer, since 6 years i was using Mobile Service from Airtel with some few issue here and there still i was the satisfied customer for Aitel Mobile Service.

Based on this assumption i have Purchased Air tel DTH on 20th Jan and quality of the Service is Good but i am not happy with the Customer Service provided by your customer care very bad response and bad service of engineer the commitment they do is fake. On 27 april i registered a complain of shifting the DTH in customer care and they given me the complain number 7393749 and after 2:00 pm i recived a call of engineer for reinstallation so i make a request that we both are working kindly attend the installation at 7:00 pm and he accepted but at 7 i make call to him and he replied i cant come i will be there in morning and i taken leave for whole day but his mobile is switch off from morning his name is Mr Farukh Ali (9717913965).i wasted whole day but no responce.

In fact my friends wanted to go for Tata sky but i asked them to purchase Airtel DTH but by seeing the respose for me some of them purchased Tata Sky because tata sky service is better than airtel.

Thanks a lot for the kind of respose and the very bad customer service i have received from Airtel DTH the worst service.
