DV182
No Battery Backup

I have recd DV182 handicam on 10.05.08 against my booking order No.4555294.

On installing 2 nos New AA batteries as per your catalog, the screen shows " Low Battery '" and getting switched off.

I hope that this is a major complaint since without battery backup the handicam cannot be utilised.

Therefore pl. do the needful to replace the same at the earliest.
