Sudden stoppage of programs

I have a dish with one main and two baby connections. My ID No. is 1003607056 and I have a balance of Rs.5712/76 to my credit. Suddenly they stopped airing Sports Channels like Espn, Star Sports., etc., My efforts to get in touch with them over phone were in vain. My emails received only auto responses. Hence, Tata Sky should resume airing the channels as they have already been paid for nearly a year.
