Pathetic service

My DishTV started giving problem on 18th May. I first logged in a complain on their website and also register the complain via phone. I have been registering complaint since then and have done it almost 8 times now. But till date I have been waiting to hear from DishTV. The people in the call center are so callous that they bang the phone and even put you on hold indefinitely. lately I register a call again on 1st May that is Sunday at 10 AM in the morning, I was again given a tracking no and assured that it will be resolved before 7 Pm. Since nobody turned till 5:30, I again called and inquired about the status of my complaint, the staff seemed lost in their own things and kept me on hold for almost 35 Min. then finally disconnecting the line.

So beware, in case you are planning to make your life simpler by moving from a cable n/w to a satellite N/w, choose responsibly.
