Poor Customer Service

I was not in the city because of I could not get my Tata Sky account and it got deactivate on due date and you charged my account with a suspension fee of Rs 10.00 about which I was never informed through anyone neither your dealer nor any of your executive. I tried to find this information at your site but do not see it anywhere. Well, that is not my issue. I need to find a complaint about the horrible customer service I have been delivered through one of your rude lady representative who made my day worst in an early morning. I tried to chat with you guys but at your site it was mentioned that you guys will become available at 7:30 so I can left my query there in other section and will get a response instantly whereas I received the call back through that PATHETIC lady rep after more than TWO HOURS when I already had wasted more than 1 hour with your representative on a phone call and wasted more than 50 rs from my cell phone account. The representative I talked with was more helpful than the lady from whom I received call later. The name of that lady was Samina and she was like SITTING ON FIRE AND READY TO THROW BURNING STONES ON ME. I am a new customer of Tata Sky and got the connection just one month back and experienced a worst customer service from you guys. I should NEVER had to opt for your service. My concern was so little. There was a difference between the available balance after I recharged my Tata Sky account and the actual amount I paid. The representative whom I contacted myself to activate and make my package subscription told me that the difference is for taxes. Now when I go through with your site then I find that all channels price is inclusive taxes and if it is so then why I would I be charged with extra taxes. I was transferred to a sr. rep and he credited my account with the difference but he could not find the reason for the extra amount so my concern remained as same as it was. Then I got the call back from that horrible female Rep Samina and she was keep retarding me instead of listening my points, She became rude and was shouting on me impatiently like I made a mistake by contacting customer service. She was keep blaming on to me that the problem is not through your system, its because of my account deactivation. Well, I never had such customer service through any organisation and being a new customer of Tata Sky I made my decision that next month I will go for another provider since you guys DONT listen your customer. I will also filing the same copy of this email as complain to the Corporate office of Tata Sky and to the Consumer Court. I will also discuss this issue with my lawyer if something can be done about that lady who treated my like I am person from the PEOPLE on Road. I don't understand that why you guys hire some one to service customers who throw them out from your service. Such people shouldn't be in any organisation if they don't know their work. I do work in customer service but never talk to a customer in that way she did to me. Well thanks for NOTHING since I know that nothing can be done by you guys apart from an apology about the issue so I will take care of that whole part myself. Wrote to you not complaining the service you guys offer to customer, just to let you know that if you will keep let your reps to INSULT your customer then no matter where your business will be, YOU will put the NAME down for your company. That's it!!!
