Dear videocon customer care,
I lounch a complaints in cutomer care regarding relocate my D2H system coz im siffted my room my customer id is:2513313 & complaint no is:14935439 In spite of calling them 5 or 6 times daily, they keep telling their technicians or engineer will come but nobody has turned up as When I asked for the nearest service centre address and number, they refused. I asked the Engineer's number. Again they refused. It is more than 10 days since the complaint but the call centre is now avoiding picking up my calls. I don't know what to do. Maybe I should dump the dish at the shop from where I purchased of file a case in the consumer court. Very frustrated if my problem not resolved i going to consumer court.
