I have a Samsung STB by Sun Direct HD DTH Service. The SAMSUNG set top box is pathetic... It's been replaced twice and has gone for repair third time. The service of Sun Direct is also horrible. In last three months, I have been able to watch DTH only for last 15 days. I have no clue where to go. The DTH service provider (SUN) blames Samsung... and they do not allow me to talk to Samsung for the DTH repair.
