Pathetic service

Dear Sir (s),

This is Vinay Rathore, a user of Dish TV (VC no. 01507650728) has requested for re-installation of my connection via complaint no. "54667879" at February 25 wherein the customer care of said service provider had rendered a TAT time of 24 hours. The TAT time was not adhered and I called the customer care center again at February 26 wherein they promised to install the connection by 7:00 p.m. which was again not adhered. I called customer care and the girl there promised me to do installation by 10:00 a.m. at February 27 which was again not done, I called customer care again and the other lady promised me to install the same by 1:00 p.m. same day which was again breached. This time I called customer care and requested for some senior to take up the matter and hence was transfered to Mr. Sanjeev Kumar who so called PROMISED me to resolve the issue within two hours. As expected the promise was a fuss and nothing happened. I again called customer care and was again has given a effete timeline.
