My subscriber I.D 1003740899 I am getting no signal from last 7 days. I already have registered a complaint to customer care dated 19/07 at 7.00p.m. They attended to me on dated 20/07 (3.30p.m.). Their person solved problem temporarily. Because same problem continue to stay on DTH TV. I then again registered a complaint to customer care dated 25/07 (9.00 a.m.). They attended to me dated 25/07 (11.30a.m.) & completed at 3.00p.m. Their engineer (Mr. Deepak Sonkamble) changed the Digicomp (set top box) but on same day i.e 25/07 in evening 6.30p.m same problem no signal. Same day i complaint to customer care dated 25/07 at 6.45p.m. But on second day i.e 26/07 no one came to check the problem (upto 6.15p.m.). I tried to contact them several times but they give me only commitment. Hope for a soon action.
