Hi,

I had purchased a new connection from Indiatimes Shopping website. I

have

received Activation Kit with Activation Kit Serial No. S00005936910.

I had called the numer 1860-180-3474 for installation as mentioned over

the

envolope of the activation kit (Please note I have not received the

antenna, set top box and VC)

The installation was scheduled and I got a call y'day from local dealer

(

Phone No. 0826417472). However, he asked for 400 rs. activation charges

200 rs. installation charges whereas on the envolope only 200 rs

installation charges are mentioned.

I have already got another connection on my name with VC#1511926002.

Last

time when I got the installation I had to pay only 200rs. for

installation

charges.

I have tried calling your customer care several times since yday but

there

is no solution provided. I am sure the local dealer is cheating people

by

charging additional money.

I have been also following up with Mr. Deepak Patil on 022-61515512 and he had promised to get the installation arranged for the legitimate 200 tax as installation
