I wanted to have a HD-DVR as an add-on connection. For that, I already had requried balance in my online account.
I called customer service on 31st January at phone no 12150 to book the HD-DVR. But I was asked to again pay for the set top box through IVR system. The phone number to which my call was diverted was - 912241304100.
I paid Rs. 4190 thorugh my credit card. And I was told that the connection will be installed in 24 hours. But no one has contacted me till date. Secondly, my Airtel digital TV account has been recharged with only Rs.3710 against Rs. 4190 that I paid.
I want a refund of Rs.4190 that I had to pay even though my account had the required balance initially.
