I am also waiting for my BigTV installation for last 8 days... have already registered so many complaints to CC but I guess they must be having too many complaints to handle. Most annoying part is that the CC will always give you response like "our engineer will contact you today and will install..." Every day am calling more than thrice in a day but no use.
