Recharge Problem

We are using dish tv service from last 18months but we are not satisfied regarding recharge process. We are facing late recharge for 2-3days every time. Customer care numbers given by company are never give sufficient support & we are loosing minimum our balance Rs.15-20 each & every time WITHOUT GETTING ANY RESULT.

This time we have recharge our account by Rs.125/- before 2days.but till the date our service is interrupted and Please recharge your accounts to get this service.

Due to this problem we are going to think an another option e.g. Airtel, Reliance, TATA Sky etc.
