I chose a package online, the package name is South Silver and made payment
online. Once it was activated I noticed few channels which was shown while
buying were missing.
I called the customer care, the call was answered in a very unprofessional
way and she said that the site is not updated. I was not happy and I asked
her to escalate the call. It was forwarded to a senior person,
he listened to me and he promised to me that he will provide the missing
channels, without loosing anything and without paying any extra money.
Now, what ever channels missing earlier is coming but another set of
channels are missing. We watch Tamil and few Malayalam channels. Earlier
Surya and Kiran was missing, now entire Tamil channels are missing. This
Gentlemen has done a language change.
Again I called the customer care, unprofessional people etc. etc. Now I
spoke to Radhika, again she mentioned the same story and several sorry.
My questions is I paid and brought a set of channels online, how can they say
that site is not updated, is it my problem?
I have enclosed the screen shot of set of channels that was available
online. I have enclosed the same and I need all the channels that I
brought.
