My Dishtv IVR No. is 01504642214. I'm facing a line alingment problems from 27.08.10 till date. I had regularly complaint to customer care executive. Today I received a SMS. That read as " your dishtv complaint no.44004783 is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution." What does this mean??? Are'nt they joking. When they had'nt contacted me nor resolved my problems.
What about these complaint no. 44158189, 44243674, 442443674? Is it a mith.
Please let me know how can I claim and file case for mentally torturing and fooling with sentiments.
