Airtel DTH Unresolved problem since 1 month for Customer-ID:-3001424148

Dear Sir,

Sorry to say Airtel DTH Karnataka is giving worst service I ever get by any service provider.

(Now feeling like my biggest mistake to take Airtel DTH).

I recently shifted from J P Nagar 7th Phase Bangalore to Singsandra Near Manipal county club, also request to shift my Airtel DTH (Customer-ID:-3001424148) and since the date (8th of Aug) it installed at my new address I am not able to watch any channel.

On the top of that they added salt on my wounds by changing it now my balance is getting deducted from my account.

Since one month I am struggling to change it back to original till date I have no luck and if you check my complain request history you will find that every week I have call customer care twice or thrice and complain about my issue.

Customer Service of Airtel DTH is pathetic, customer care executive doesn't have any valid information and every customer care executive have different version of solution.

After complaining to customer care I use to get time slot as some engineer will come and will see the problem but no one comes to see the issue and if some people comes and check the problem and inform me that there is problem with STB and need to replace it and get commitment that he will bring STB next day and replace it but nobody comes next day and I get SMS that "your Airtel DTH issue has been resolve."

Some time I also get answer like as you are in free service period and will not be pay for replacing STB so that we will not change the STB and now I feel they are intentionally making delay as my free service period will end on 8th Sept and after that they will change me for giving any service.

Today (1st Sept) I tried to contact Mr Arun Kumar on no. 080-41704930 thrice and every time new person picks the call and tell that Mr Arun Kumar is busy in meeting please tell the problem to me as I also have same authorization as other Nodel officer and also given commitment that in evening till 7PM today my problem will get resolve anyhow but I didn't get any call from customer care or any of the Airtel DTH representative and nobody came to resolve the issue.

Now I am fed up with contacting to customer care and any Airtel DTH officers and see only one way is that to go Consumer court for the same.
