Misinformormed about charges and package

I have taken a Dish TV DTH connection in July. While taking the connection I was told that I only had the option of opting for HD set top box and a platinum pack where I would receive all channels including all HD channels for an additional charge of Rs.125 over and above my platinum pack subscription. I was informed by the Dish TV sales person that I would be getting all HD channels once they are launched. Now when they have launched the HD channels we are told that we will not be receiving any of these channels except the basic HD channels of Zee TV HD. And that if I want to avail of the channels I will have to pay additional Rs.100 inclusive of all taxes. This is out right cheating as the call centers claim that they are not aware of what the sales person has committed. My VC number is 01510750467. I have already paid them 1 years subscription in advance and now when I am asking for a refund they are refusing to provide with a refund of the rest of the subscription amount. Please help as we as consumers are at the receiving end always once we have purchased a particular product or service.
