MONEY DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE FAIL

I am enjoying services of dish tv. on 7th april,

I had recharge my dish tv online from sbi debit card, I had received all the details like transaction id, order no.etc. but, I had not received my recharge amount and their executives didn't help me they asking me to follow a very long procedure. Which is quite tough to follow.
