New Setup not done in 2 weeks

Hi,

i had purshased a Samsung LCD TV with which i recieved a free setup of Dish tv Digital connection, i had made a call to the customer care on 27th March and requested for Setup they said it would be done in 24 to 48 hrs and since then it is being an ongoing issue and Frustartation, i have a brand new LCD but there is no cable connection i have made numerious phone calls to the customer care in 18601803474 and spoke on STD on 04460013474 and spoke to at least 20 different agents from Chennai they are hardly able to understand the issue and when you ask for supervisor you are never connect put on hold or hung up, this is the most pathetic service which i have come accross in my life just to get a connection active it is nearly 2 weeks and no one take any responsiblity not the customer care not the head of Dish TV in Andhra pradesh nor the Franchise owner that came to setup the connection, Mr RC venkateish should be ashamed of this kind or service provided i think there is any courtesy left please get my issue resolved i m also the refrence number request# 56411181
