Delay Bank Payment

A dish TV VC No is Installed in Name of My Father Sh Rajinder Nath Sharma

The pack used was Gold Saver Pack

The Subscription was expiring on 15-04

On 13-04 i tried to get Titanium Offer through Web portal but couldn't do that as the option was not available in My Menu (!!)

Alarmed i called Customer care and After some time I talked to a senior person Rahul who asked me to mail and he will respond within 24 hours

But this never happened

On 15th I managed to talk to pranav (Again a Senior person in customer care deptt)

He asked me to deposit Rs 3550 in one shot and assured me that I will get Titanium offer

and he started the Titanium offer channels within 2-3 hours (He was the only person who cared about customer as i found in my interactions)

I deposited the Money on 15.04.2011 at 1300 hrs through net banking

In evening Mr Pradeep Rawat (Again a senior person in Customer Care Deptt) assured me that transaction takes atmost 24 hrs, So Latest by 16-04 Money will be in their account.

In morning of 16-04 the channels stopped

Nothing happened in next 36 hours till date

ORDER DETAILS WERE:

Total Amount: INR (Indian Rupees) 3550.00

Payment was done through ccavenue

and it was done from the login available on website of dishtv itself

Naturally I mailed the details of order as the money had been deducted from my bank at time of ordering and asked them to start the service on basis of order details

But the response I got from them was

"We would like to inform you that as per our records, for the mentioned VC we have not received the payment of Rs. 3550/-

We request you to kindly revert with the scanned copy of bank statement, if the payment has been deducted from your account."

What is this?

Is their order number not sufficient?

Scaneed Copy of bank statements can be obtained on Saturday evening or Sunday morning?

Why should I disclose my bank statement for this paltry amount to them?

Last not the least see the example of customer care

When I ask them

"VC No 01506790391 is registered in name of my father Sh. RAJINDER NATH SHARMA

and is currently viewing using gold pack and paying Rs 225 per month

I wish to recharge that for *Titanium Recharge offer

FAQ of **this offer says *

PAYING TE ENTIRE AMOUNT IN ONE SHOT*

problem is that when I go to upgrade

i do not get This offer as option and unable to specify it
