My complaint is regarding Dish T.V.The connection is under the name of my mother Bhagwati Mehra (V.C.No.-01505858583). I registered acomplaint via. complaint no.60128502 about non functioning of my Connection on 29 May. They sent one Technition on 31 May who removed L.M.V.(as he told us) saying its not working and has to be changed and for that some other person will be visiting the next day and you have to pay rupees 230 for the same. From that day till the day of filing the consumer complaint no technitian has visited us. We keep calling dish t.v. everyday sometimes even two three times but thats of no use. Everyday they keep sending SMSes that ur complaint has been resolved but how can it be resolved when no one is attending it and the detached L.M.V.is lying with us. Our next two complaints were registered on 2-6-11 via complaint no.60366904 and on 6-6-11 via coplaint no. 60684712.Everyday we keep complaing and they assure us some one will visit us on that particular day but no one ever attends to our complaint only the S.M.S. es we recieve of the problem resolved which are not true. Our connection is under A.M.C.(AMC NO.-719709321585) period (19-6 to 18-6) and we have paid subscription fees of rupees 350 on 29-5-11.They have started asking for the subscription amount for the next month via recorded telephonic message which comes everyday. But why should i pay that if i am not able to watch T.V.Half the month or even for the full month if my complaint is not adressed even after contacting consumer court.
I have faced a lot of mental trauma so i have addressed my complaint to consumer court with lot of hope. and want a speedy response from ur side. I will be grateful to u.
