I have handed over old set top box to the dealer of dish tv in Vadodara and got new connection and set top box. As per terms and condition i can get security deposit of old set top box. I am having dish tv for the past 7. I have submitted Rs.100 to the dealer (Shiv Service) (0265-2323730) towards courier charges for sending the set top box to dish tv. Till date i have not received the money from dish tv. I have made chasing several time with old dealer shiv services and also with new dealer High Tech services in Baroda. Also I requested Noida centre do to need full in this matter but no fruitful result arrived. Pl. arrange to return the security deposit as per terms and conditions without further delay
