I purchased a Dish TV connection vide VC no. 01513934652 in June and then in July purchased another connection vide VC no. 01514668261.Although I mentioned it on the SAP form that my second connection is to be treated in Multi (i.e. a second connection which will be treated as on discount) but it has not been done till date. Customer services at DISH has no resolution and passing the buck by giving the lame excuses like the Multi wasn't chosen while purchasing where I sent them the scanned copy which shows I did. Please let me know what action can be taken against them and do the needful and let meknow.
